At the July 19, 2024 RATS Membership Meeting, Steve Crow KG4PEQ delivered a presentation called "How to DMR."  This presentation is targeted at new and inactive DMR users.  It assumes the viewer has a DMR transceiver programmed with a RATS codeplug -- the processes of building codeplugs and programming radios are not included.
