Codeplug Project Mailing List

We have established an announcement-only e-mail list for notifications of new or updated codeplugs.  This is a low-traffic e-mail list that carries only announcements from the RATS Codeplug Project regarding our DMR codeplug collection and any changes to talkgroups or repeater configuration that may impact existing files.
