Error 403/Forbidden

A longtime defect in Google Sites occasionally causes some viewers of RATS web properties to see an Error 403 or Forbidden message in place of certain embedded content like spreadsheets, maps, and other documents.  Our pages and file shares are configured properly.  Here are a few things you can try as a workaround:

►  Use your web browser's private browsing or Incognito mode to access our sites.  This is the easiest solution and works nearly 100% of the time.

►  Sign out of any non-RATS Google accounts.

►  Clear your browser's cache.  This is most effective when used in conjunction with signing out of other Google accounts.
