This codeplug is outdated.  It was built around a DMRVA talkgroup matrix that is more than three versions old.  This file is provided as a starting point but manual updates to talkgroups, channels, zones, or other settings may be needed.  This file is not maintained by RATS and is not updated on any particular schedule.  If we receive an updated version of this codeplug, we'll remove this notice.
